The Bensington Society

​​​The Bensington Society holds a meeting for the entertainment of its members on the last Friday of every month in the Benson Parish Hall except for Jun, Jul, Aug and Nov when there are no meetings.  The exception is Dec when the meeting is  on the first Friday of the month. The time of meetings is 7 for 7.30 pm apart from the AGM in Feb when the timings will be at 6.30 for 7.30 pm to allow for subscription renewals.

At each meeting there is a speaker  who will give a talk lasting about one hour. The Speaker Programme for this year may be seen by clicking:​

Following the talk there is a supper consisting of cold meats, salads and  cheese and bread. The supper costs £5 per person and tickets may be purchased at the door. There is also a bar at which wine by the glass or bottle, beer and soft drinks may also be purchased.

Visitors are very welcome to attend. Tickets at £5 per person may be purchased at the door .
